Ruka likes to invent things, such as giant mecha to face off against Dispel's, or flying devices to help Noelle become an angel. Though her inventions usually work, they're often quirky in their design. She aids Noelle with her goal, but seems like she could care less about the outcome of Yuusuke's and Noelle's relationship.
