Noelle is a naive person, but she also has a strong will. She wants to be an angel for Yuusuke, after he was rejected by Natsumi. She tries to find out what exactly an angel is, but becoming one isn't as easy as she thought. Noelle has a very bold personality, never getting embarrassed, and is very often hyperactive. She has little common sense, but has a big heart and cares about everyone.
