Chida Tokiko
Tokiko, though appearing for just two episodes, contributes a lot to the Black Rose Saga. She is the sister of the sick Mamiya, and is very protective of him. After being assigned to inspect Mikage's project, she begins to work closely with him, hoping that his project will be able to help Mamiya. She becomes the object of Mikage's affections, and also the cause of his involvement with the Black Rose Duelists. After Akio approaches Mikage about his plans, Tokiko is charmed by Akio, and is seen by Mikage kissing him. She is horrified that Mikage has burned down the hall, not knowing it was because of her, and leaves Ohtori for good. Eventually her memory even causes Mikage to lose his grip on reality.
