Souji Mikage

Mikage is really Professor Nemuro, the same as the one the hall was named for. He meets Tokiko and Mamiya, and falls in love with the former. Akio asks Nemuro to become a part of his plans (not really revealing what those are), giving him a Rose Signet. Nemuro has brushed off Akio's request when he finds Tokiko kissing Akio, which sends him over the edge. In Nemuro's memory, Mamiya burns down the hall, but this is a delusion created by Akio. Nemuro is the one to really burn down the hall, losing Tokiko in the process. Near the close of the Black Rose Saga, Mikage starts to lose his grip on reality. He starts seeing Utena as Tokiko, and having numerous flashbacks to his days with Tokiko and Mamiya. But these flashbacks are altered memories, as Akio created a lot of Mikage's memories in order to get him under his control. Mikage's weakness was that he refused to get older, to the point where it kept him from aging and dying. Mikage then created the Mikage Seminar and selected the Black Rose Duelists, who all failed. He even went so far as to duel Utena himself, which failed as well. By this time Akio was finished with him, and the late Professor Nemuro forever disappeared.
