Chida Mamiya
Mamiya is 'Anthy' to Mikage's 'Utena', a look-alike to her, but male. He is never seen outside of Nemuro Memorial Hall, and only ventures once out of the basement. He also has a large part in Mikage's past.Mamiya is really Tokiko's sister, and was very ill when Mikage first meets the two of them. Tokiko is very protective of him, which in a way rubs off on Mikage, as he starts to become close to him. But Mamiya sets fire to the building in which Mikage's studies are being conducted, which horrifies Tokiko. What Mikage doesn't know is that the Mamiya in Nemuro Memorial Hall is really Anthy, thus the resemblance. Mamiya, in reality, looked nothing like Anthy.
